WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All the most common payment methods can be used, such as Paypalbank transfer or credit card debit.​

ORDERS AWAITING PAYMENT

If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, your order may remain pending for up to 3 days, after which it will be deleted. Please note, if your order is awaiting payment, the goods will not be set aside and therefore are not guaranteed.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
Yes, but only by paying with PayPal and for orders with a minimum amount of €30.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
To request a refund, simply contact our Customer Service. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your request on the first available business Friday.

Refunds are made by 7:00 PM every Friday, but they may not be credited instantly depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

PRODUCTS SOLD OUT FROM THE PUBLISHER.

In some cases, certain products become unavailable at the source. This change is not immediately notified to us and, therefore, the aforementioned products may still be available to order on our website. In such cases, we apologize in advance, we will be forced to refund or change the order.

CAN I MODIFY THE ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

This operation will not be possible if the shipment has already been made.

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

 

For all preorders, an exclusive discount is applied. The payment for preorders is made in advance. When the product is released, orders will be processed in chronological order.

In some cases, the publisher may change the quantities allocated to us without notice. In these situations, we will still try to fulfill every request, with waiting times varying depending on the publisher. Alternatively, you may request a refund or order change. We also reserve the right to reallocate the quantities of your preorders, with prior notice, in order to guarantee a minimum quantity for all customers.

 

WHAT IS ALLOCATION?


For some products, due to high demand, manufacturers are unable to guarantee us retailers the quantities ordered. We talk about allocation when distributors make less merchandise available to us than requested.

When this happens, after notification, we will redistribute the quantities of products in each order to ensure everyone receives a minimum quantity.
