Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The withdrawal may concern all – total withdrawal – or only part – partial withdrawal – of the purchased products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea at Via Antonio Selmi 4, Argenta (FE), zip code 44011.

The above communication can also be sent, within the same period, by email to amministrazione@kawaiianimeplanet.com, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 (forty-eight) hours after sending.

The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of “goods made to measure or clearly personalized”. For more information, contact the Customer Service.

RETURN

All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by the Customer Service.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. It must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, even minimal, and must be in perfect cleanliness. Once the return is authorized, the Customer can send the Product back to the following address: Via Antonio Selmi, 4 – 44011 Argenta (FE). Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.

Once the Products are received (and their integrity verified) Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea will, as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days, refund the Customer the amounts paid. For this, they will communicate their bank details to Il Covo del Nerd di Stefano Santangelo.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.

Upon receipt, Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea will examine the goods to check for any damage or tampering (substantial integrity is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal). In case of damage to the goods during the return transport, Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea will inform the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier they chose and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the Product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

During the withdrawal period, the Customer is responsible for the item as custodian. In case of damage or destruction of the Product while in the Customer's custody, the right of withdrawal will lapse.

All shipping and packaging costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer (as provided for by art. 67 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/05).

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

In the case of defective goods, they may be returned to Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and packaging costs for the return are borne by Kawaii Anime Planet di Landi Andrea. Defective goods will be replaced or refunded if it is not possible to replace them with the same product. If the Customer receives parcels visibly damaged by the courier and/or carrier (broken or visibly damaged packaging), the following procedure will be followed:

– If there are multiple packages, reject only the damaged package to the sender. We will then contact the Customer and arrange replacement and/or refund;
– If it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will contact the Customer and arrange replacement and/or refund. In case the broken product is out of stock, the Customer will be contacted for a possible replacement with an item of equal value and characteristics available or alternatively for the return of the amounts paid.

Any replacement of custom-made products will not be carried out if the buyer objects to differences in colors and/or shades and/or shape of the products published on the Site. The customer acknowledges such differences as characteristics of the products kawaiianimeplanet.com.

Refund methods

To request a refund it is necessary to contact our Customer Service. If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the request on the first available working Friday.

Refunds are made by 7:00 pm every Friday, but may not be credited instantly depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
